• Hospitality – Welcome bags, Judges’ hospitality, exhibitor support
• Ribbon and Awards Table Setup - Events & Banquet – Welcome party, Awards/Recognition Banquet, décor
• Fundraising – Jackie Stacy Auction, The Affen Store Merchandise tending
• Communications – catalog ads, website updates, social media
• Education & Juniors –Judges seminars
• Sponsorship and Trophy–outreach and solicitation phone work.
